I spent years trying to meet impossible standards, always pushing myself harder—until I realized I was losing touch with who I truly am and what I really wanted from life.

That’s when everything changed. I decided to take a step back, listen to my heart, and redefine what success meant for me. Since then, I’ve been on a journey of self-discovery, learning to embrace imperfection and live authentically.

Now, I’m here to help you do the same. Through my Kiss Your Burnout program, I’m offering you the tools, guidance, and support that helped me transform my life.
