Hello, I'm Ivona Gabriela
For years, I believed perfectionism was my greatest asset. It drove me to achieve, to push harder, to be the best. But beneath the success, late nights, and endless to-do lists, there was something I didnât want to admit â fear.
Fear of not being enough. Fear of slowing down and losing my edge. Fear that without perfection, I had no real value.
I was stuck in a loop of high standards, impossible expectations, and relentless self-criticism. And I thought thatâs just how life was supposed to be.
Until I realized something: perfectionism wasnât making me better. It was breaking me.
My Story
Â
It took years of deep psychological work, research, and self-discovery to understand that perfectionism wasnât my superpower â it was my biggest limitation.
I studied how the perfectionist brain works, not just from a âself-helpâ perspective, but through the lens of Alfred Adlerâs psychology and intensive personal transformation.
I discovered that perfectionism is not about high standards â itâs about fear. And once you learn to untangle yourself from that fear, life opens up in ways you never imagined.Â
Why Trust Me?
Â
â Certified in Individual Psychology
I trained at the Individual Psychology Institute, where I gained deep insights into how perfectionism forms and how to rewire thought patterns. Over two years, we explored human development from early childhood to the present. In this course, you will also uncover the exact life moments when your perfectionism was shaped â helping you finally break free from its grip.
â Certified Coaching Specialist (ICC School)
This is more than just coaching â itâs a way of thinking, a philosophy that helps you ask the right questions at the right time. In this course, I wonât just give you answers. Iâll guide you through powerful questions that will help you discover your own truth and shift your mindset from perfectionism to self-acceptance.
â Masterâs Degree in Change Management & Leadership
For over a decade, I climbed the corporate ladder, holding leadership and transformation-focused roles. I led change, navigated uncertainty, and developed strategies to help organizations and people grow. Now, I apply that expertise to personal transformation â helping individuals break free from limiting beliefs and step into a more fulfilling life.
â International Experience & Cross-Cultural Understanding
Iâve studied and worked in Germany and Spain. Traveling extensively has shown me one universal truth â no matter where we come from, we all struggle with self-worth, perfectionism, and inner criticism. Thatâs why I designed this course to be accessible and valuable to people from different backgrounds and cultures.
â Real-Life Experience
This isnât just theory â Iâve lived it, Iâve struggled through it, and Iâve come out the other side. In this course, I share my most personal and vulnerable stories, the ones that shaped me, challenged me, and ultimately freed me. I hope these stories will remind you that youâre not alone and that I truly understand what youâre going through. Connection is at the heart of my work.
â A Lifelong Seeker & Student of Growth
I have immersed myself in countless self-development experiences â from traditional therapy to silent retreats in Indian ashrams, from drama therapy to movement improvisation. My personal and professional growth never stops, and I bring the best of what Iâve learned into this course, so you can benefit from both science-backed insights and transformative experiences.
Where I Come From & Why This Mission Matters
I come from green city Vilnius, capital of Lithuania, one of the three Baltic countries in Northern Europe, nestled along the beautiful Baltic Sea. Growing up in a multicultural family, I was surrounded by different perspectives, traditions, and ways of thinking â yet one thing remained constant: the silent pressure to be "good enough."
My childhood was shaped by both warmth and emotional hardship. I grew up in a home where perfection was an unspoken expectation â a belief passed down through generations. I learned early on that being polite, accomplished, and pleasing to others was the way to earn approval and avoid conflict. But beneath the surface, that pressure planted the seeds of self-doubt, overthinking, and the fear of failure.
For years, I carried these invisible expectations, believing that if I could just be perfect, I would finally feel worthy. Later, I realized that I wasnât alone in this struggle. So many of us battle the weight of perfectionism, trying to be everything for everyone â except for ourselves.
Thatâs why I created this course. Not just as a psychologist-in-training, not just as a coach, but as someone who deeply understands what itâs like to feel trapped in an endless cycle of self-criticism.
You donât have to stay stuck in that cycle. You are already enough. And Iâm here to help you see it.

Who I Help
I created this course for high-achievers who feel stuck in the cycle of perfectionism and burnout. Whether you are a career-driven professional, an entrepreneur, a creative mind, a mother, a father, or someone who constantly strives to do it all â always aiming to be the best and keep up with every demand yet often losing yourself in the process â this course is for you.
My work is designed to help you:
â Let go of perfectionism without feeling like youâre "lowering your standards"
â Overcome procrastination and self-doubt
â Set goals that actually feel achievable and fulfilling
â Finally feel like YOU are enough, just as you are
